Besi ubah bentuk tegangan tinggi, juga dikenali sebagai besi keluli adalah batang besi yang biasanya digunakan sebagai alat ketegangan pada konkrit bertetulang dan struktur batu bertetulang untuk menguatkan dan membantu konkrit dalam keadaan tegang. Beton kuat di bawah pemampatan tetapi mempunyai kekuatan tegangan yang lemah. Besi keluli dengan ketara meningkatkan kekuatan tegangan struktur. Permukaan besi keluli bercorak atau bergaris untuk meningkatkan ikatan yang lebih baik dengan konkrit.
